The scrapes you run live in your account, get exported, and we hold the cache for 7 days. That's it. We've turned down four “data partner” offers.
If you have to email us for a quote, we've failed. The only "contact sales" tier is genuine custom enterprise — 1M+ credits, dedicated proxies, SLA.
If we can't parse a result, you don't pay for it. If you don't believe us, our retry-per-credit ratio is on the public status page.
No phone calls. No "are you sure" loops. We'd rather lose you fast than retain you angry.
