1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or making an API request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the API to extract publicly available Google Maps data for lawful purposes including lead generation, market research, competitor analysis, and data enrichment. You must comply with Google's Terms of Service with respect to how you display or redistribute extracted data.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Build a competing Google Maps data API or resell raw API access
  • Conduct bulk extraction for the purpose of republishing a Maps-like directory
  • Send unsolicited commercial communications in jurisdictions where prohibited
  • Circumvent rate limits or use multiple accounts to exceed plan quotas
  • Extract data on private individuals not acting in a commercial capacity

4. Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed when results are successfully parsed. Failed jobs do not consume credits. Enrichment credits are only consumed when at least one enriched field is returned. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless you are on an annual plan.

5. Uptime and SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the extraction API. Enrichment endpoints target 99%. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance via the status page. SLA credits are issued automatically for outages exceeding 1 hour.

6. Data Ownership

You own the data you extract via the API. We do not claim any rights over extracted results stored in your systems. We retain API access logs for abuse detection purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On cancellation, your access ends at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits are non-refundable except at our discretion for service outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
